Enquiry, wholesale, partner and contact forms collect your name, company name where you give one, email address, phone number where you give one, your message and any order details you include such as products, quantities, delivery place and dates.

Job application forms collect your name, email address, phone number where you give one, your cover note and the CV file you attach.

For security the platform also records the IP address a form was sent from, used for rate limiting and spam protection, and your language choice so pages appear in English or Kiswahili.

We use this information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange supply and deliveries, consider your job application and keep the platform safe from abuse. We do not use it for advertising and we do not build marketing profiles from it.

Enquiries and quotation records are kept while they remain commercially relevant, that is while we might genuinely still work together on them or while the law requires us to keep business records. Job applications are kept for the recruitment exercise they belong to and a short period after it closes, and are deleted earlier on request.

We never sell or rent personal information. It is shared only with the service providers who host this platform and its database, and only so the platform can run. Anyone processing it for us is bound to confidentiality.

This website uses only the cookies it strictly needs: a session cookie for staff sign-in to the administration area and a preference for your chosen language. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need to keep it.
